Crystal, your Dad had great intentions, just not great wines. [img]http://www.wines.com/ubb2/frown.gif[/img] Why not start anew. Find a local wine shop that can offer some ideas on a few bottles that will age with grace. Your father (and you) can add to them, on birthdays, Christmas, your wedding, new house, birth of a child, etc. Start opening them years from now, for whatever special reason you choose, (& include the 5, 10, 15 etc year anniversary of your first visit to the wine shop).
