Vintage port was my first thought as well, and you cannot go wrong with the 97 Amarone suggestion from Roberto. (Man I wish my Dad had put some away for me!!!) If your heart is set on Cabernet Sav. I would do some research first and then try to only buy Magnums (or larger) as they will store better. And do not forget to add a few Ice Wines and Sauternes.
