Hello, and welcome to the Wine Board!

Some recent vintages of the Ruffino Riserva Ducale Chianti Classico have been pretty good, retailing in the $25 range, though your '83 is almost certainly dead. No value.

The Baron Philippe De Rothschild Mouton-Cadet is a journeyman Bordeaux. Recent vintages run around $10. Again, however, this wine is likely long gone. They're best consumed young.

I've never heard of Forest Lake.

The Charles Shaw, better known as "Two-Buck Chuck," runs around $2.99. It isn't worth anything, either.

Sorry!
