At the risk of being mundane, our "everyday" white is Bonny Doon Ca Del Solo Malvasia Bianca. Fruity but dry with no real oakiness, goes with everything we've put it with, and around $8 a bottle by the case (may have gone up a little, been a while since we've laid in supplies...)
