I enjoy a glass of Jerez or Port once in a while (or every day...), so I was given this bottle of Jerez that is Hmm Hmm good!... but any way, my question is this.

This wine is very cloudy and has a lot of sediment on it. I'm not sure if this is normal for a Pedro Ximenez, or there is something wrong.

The taste is OK, except for the overwhelming sweetness, so I don't know if there is something wrong with it.

Also noticed that the label have the date of 1827. What do you think is the this date?
