Welcome to the Board. Well, I'm very gentile, and have been all my life.

First off, NO distributors accept mail orders, or any orders, from consumers. It's pretty much illegal everywhere I know of. You should be able to get the wine from the retailer you got it from the first time. If they're out ask them to reorder, but if they won't, go to another shop and ask them to order it. BTW, the price you paid is about $6 more than I think it should sell for.
