My advice would be to take the best of the wines, and possibly those that will most likely not be consumed this summer, and put them in your wine fridge. Take the rest and find the coolest, darkest, most vibration-free place in your apartment. They should be OK for the summer, but I wouldn't recommend long storage at 73*.
