You could always celebrate the anniversary of your divorce...assuming it was mutually desired??

My experience with Champagne, and DP in particular, is that it ages much better than we give it credit for...but keep in mind that I like old Champagne smells and tastes. If you're into young fruity, citrusy kind of flavors, you probably won't like it.

And storage is important...but if it has been stored at a steady 70 degrees or lower over that two decades...you may be in for a real treat (but I would have a back-up bottle of something younger standing by).
