Generally there are two different types of Port.

There is a Ruby Port that has a full fruity, dark berry flavor.

Then there is a Tawny Port that has a leaner, nuttier flavor.

It really depends on which is your preference.

Ports can be pricey, yet there are a few that are not that expensive.
