Keep doing what you are doing - which is finding out what you like.

Keep buying drinking wines - at your level of wine spending there is no need or sense in 'stocking a cellar'.

Go ahead and buy an extra bottle or two of what you really like, BUT keep trying different wines and different makers, you will find more that you particularly like.
