Re the type of wine...

Its a fabulous St Emillion (its exact sepage breakup is: 70% Merlot, 24% Cabernet Franc, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon).

I opened a bottle of the '95 a few months back not being as patient as I would like. It was fabulous, but as expected, was way too young. It was however still VERY enjoyable. I would have to agree that this wine deserves to be put in a nice cold dark cellar and left for 10 yrs....however, between a warm house/appartment for 5 years and a wonderful evening now, I would suggest the latter....So when you drink it probably will have most to do with the conditions in which you could store this wine, as well obviously as its vintage.
