how to keep it still fresh????

This has been a common topic for discussion -- you may want to bring up some earlier posts.

Here's my input -- the key to keeping wine fresh longer than a day is to keep air from contacting the wine. What I do is take empty screw-top bottles from those mini-bottle 4 packs of wine (I think Sutter Home has these), pour the leftover wine into the bottles, and store them in the fridge.
