I don't know of any Pinot Grigio's that were meant to age. I do know though that some Sauvignon Blancs that I've kept for extended years (10) have held up well, and are very enjoyable even to this day. They tend to become somewhat delicate and very well balanced. My advice is to go ahead and open it with your next appropriate meal. It should still be okay if properly stored, but I wouldn't keep it much longer.
