I have had a bottle of wine for er..., I guess, eight years?! It is from the Evans Wine Company, 1999, Cabernet Sauvignon. It has been "stored" (sitting in a drawer) in my house since I've had it. I'm having some people over and don't want to be embarrassed serving it if it is bad. Is there a way to know? I'm a true newb so please don't assume anything. Thanks in advance.
