Hi Anders Benke, and welcome to the Wine Board. If any of the reports you've heard are posted on the internet, we'd be glad to see them. The only reason I can think of, I'm not the doctor or physiologist, is that white wine seems to get you higher than a red wine of the same alcoholic strength faster than red wine. The answer would then be, that if you are primarily a red wine drinker, if you mix them, you will get higher faster. As far as the effects on one internally, haven't got any idea.
