After doing some digging, it seems Rosettes can be sweet to very sweet. Assuming it is very sweet it should still be good.
I am assuming that the Bergerac is white and also of sweet style, although it can be almost anything. If it is sweet, it should be fine to, but I'd say it's time to drink up.
You don't say what year the Sauternes is but it looks like '71 was a stinker and '72 was pretty good. Find some folks who like dessert wines and a corkscrew.
