As Innkeeper is suggesting, you need to do the research yourself. That doesn't mean asking members of a discussion group to spell out the answers to your questions; it means using reference materials to find the answers, whether those materials are in libraries, bookstores, or online documents. We've told you of two books to check, either in a library or a bookstore; for online research, you'll need to use a search engine, such as Yahoo, Lycos, AltaVista.... there are several available. Follow the instructions provided on the front page of each search engine, use the query protocol specified, and launch your query. The response will be a list of online documents (actually, Web adresses or URLs) that contain the word or phrase that you specified in your query. You then open each URL listed and review the document for the information that answers your question. Sure, it will take a little effort on your part - certainly, more than you've expended so far - but at the end, you'll know you've done some research, instead of simply asking others to answer the questions for you.
