As Hotwine mentioned, Shmitt-Sohn makes some of the best values in moderately priced German wines, and in an easy drinking syle. If you're lucky enough to encounter anything from Kurt Darting(Pfalz), you will truly be blessed. In Florida, you should also be able to find some good off-dry rieslings from Ontario in the larger chain stores (Pelee Island for sure, maybe Konzelmann).
