Hi Maderiaman, and welcome to the Wine Board. I find Dao Reservas to be not unlike some zinfandels I've enjoyed. Check out this thread: http://www.wines.com/ubb2/Forum19/HTML/000064.html

In a large wine store in a major city such as Lisbon, you might be able to find Italian Primitivo, which is essentially the same grape as zinfandel.
