Since you're a local, I'd suggest going to Surdyk's downtown or Haskel's (The people at the Bloomington store off of Normandale have always seemed polite and knowlegable to me.) and have a few sips of the bottles that they've got open for tasting when you come in. Then use your reactions to these wines to choose something that you'll realy like.
