Regarding the cellar question, it is a free-standing KoolTemps. It came disassembled (cut shipping cost in half) and we put it together (definitely a 2-person job). The hard part was installing the cooling unit as it is heavy and is installed in the top (6 ft up). We love it and only complain about little things, like some Burgundys are so fat that they don't fit in some of the middle racks, it's hard to tell which bottles are in the back (2 deep storage), etc.
