According to creative loafing the law has been changed to allow individuals to purchase up to 5 cases of wine per year, provided that the particular wine company does not have wholesale distribution in Georgia. It's possible the wine being sold at wine.com has such distrubutors.

Another web site http://www.volcanowinery.com/shipping_wine.php3 states that Georgia has just been moved to the "Yes" list.

I don't know how this will work, but I look forward to trying to save some money on the internet.
