Hi Hecdel, and welcome to the Wine Board. Your wine is a blend of sangiovese, canaiolo, cabernet sauvignon, and cabernet franc. It should be served at between 60 & 65 degrees F. If your home is heated to 70 degrees, put it in the fridge for ten or fifteen minutes.
