Hi Fookonn, and welcome to the Wine Board. Table wine is fermented grape juice of less than 15% alcohol, with no fortification added as with sherry or port. Dry means that all of the sugar in the grapes has been fermented into alcohol. Vintage is the year the grapes were havested. Table wine can vary from 7 to 15% alcohol. Room temperature is a term use to describe serving temperature of red wine. It is usually considered to be 65 degrees F.
