It's a bit difficult to make a recommendation without knowing what white Greek wines your supermarket carries. That said, one white I like is the Cambas Mantinia made from the Moschofilero grape. It's very aromatic with hints of violets and is quite crisp with a spicy character. I also like Assyrtiko and Athiri whites from Santorini, as well as the Vilanas from Crete. Of course, there's always Retsina, made by adding pine resin to white wine. That one's really an acquired taste.
