How was it stored? In a fairly humid location at about 51 to 55 degrees F?

Can't answer your question about the specific wine or the vintage without doing some research.

However, if that 33 almost 34 year old bottle of wine was not properly stored, you've most likely got a candidate for mixture with some olive oil as a coating for a salad.

But I wouldn't even do that, because unless the right bacteria were present in the bottle when it was sealed, the type of vinegar you have will not be pleasant tasting at all.......
