Aaron,

To stay in France, look for Bourgueil (sp), Saumur, or Chinon, and Sancerre Rouge (all from the Loire).

In Italy, Lagrein, Lacrima di Morro, Valpolicella, and reds from Lazio whose names escape me right now.

In Spain, Jumera.

Germany, Spatburgunder.
