hi im a culinary arts student and im new in wines and i need some information about my project about AROMO MERLOT 2002' PRIVATE RESERVE..i have tasted the wine but i have no idea how to describe it..and i have some questions i couldn't find anywhere to research on..here they are....
1. the influence of production region, vineyard and viriety on the wine said above.
2. sensory aspect of the wine.
3. foods or situations that this wine should be ideally served with.
4. cellaring and maturation of the wine required.
