1994 Beringer Cabernet worth?

In 1998 I visited Napa Valley, and at the Beringer Vineyard they were celebrating their 100th anniversary. To commemerate this, they sold a 1994 Beringer Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Rhine House Selection. This could only be purchased at the vineyard. Any idea if this has any worth??
