Clos du Marquis is the second wine of Leoville Las Cases which is a very well respected Second Growth. As such, in general, they are more approachable earlier than other bordeaux's first wines and 2001 was a pretty good vintage. Here is some information http://www.wine-journal.com/leolascases.html

Pontet Canet is a rejuvenated fifth growth who has produced very solid wines over the last decade. It is generally thought to be a very good value for the quality.
