Rozes’ White Reserve Porto and LBV Porto

In my experiance, I have had ports in the fridge open for about 5 days before the taste and texture begin to fall off. Maybe you should invite some friends over for dinner, the pop the port for a cordial. Plenty to go around and you don't have to worry about it going bad.
