They didnt make a vintage in 45, because of the war. So 63 is a good guess. Also there are two houses of Fonseca in Portugal. Jose Maria de Foncesa (in Azeitao) and Fonseca (Gaia) which is british owned. Its a typical name in Portugal. Yours sounds like the first one since their logo is a JMF with a shield being made of the J and F with the M in the middle. They have a wonderful port that is TA, trans-atlantic, sails to Brazil and back in barrels while aging with the motion of the waves.
