2000 S.C. Agricola de Borja, Vino Borgia, Campo de Borja (DDO) ($6). This is an excellent Spanish wine I recently posted. It should not be hard to find. Look for it or other grenache based wines. If the only Spanish wines you can find are tempranillo based such as Rioja, try to find one that is blended with other grapes such as grenache or cabernet sauvignon. There is a whole world of these wines at less than $10 that meet your criteria.
