Barnesy, you learned, I hope, another lesson.

Most Americans consume their wine too cold. Unless it is sparkling wine, white wine is best when served at from 55 to 60 degrees--in my humble opinion.

Even though DeChaunac is red, the fact that it is a dessert wine, I believe, places it in this category. It was red, wasn't it?
