Hi there
I am really new to wines. I have only tried a couple. I am trying to acquire a taste for red wines, so far I have been buying chianti.
The one that I bought today is Fattoria Selvapiana Chianti Rufina Vendemmia 2000. the white I bought is Dry Creek Vineyard 2001 Clarksburg Dry Chenin Blanc.

I don't like wines that are too dry. I also like Rieslings, but have not bought any recently, but will probably do so tomorrow.

I am hoping to learn a great deal about wines from this site. This place I bought the wines from today actually keep a log of what each customer buys, which is nice.

Is there an easy way to get the labels off so that I can keep them for future reference or is that just a terrible idea.

thanks in advance
