I AM PLANNING TO USE OAK CHIPS DURING THE FERMENTATION PROCESS OF MY CABERNET. IS THIS OK AND IF SO, HOW MUCH DO I USE IN A 52 LITRE GLASS DEMI AND FOR HOW LONG.
