How to knwo when wine is best

Hi,
I would like to do the same for a cousin's wedding. Do you know of any good websites where i can do some research, or where i can find more wines and dates of when they should mature.

They like everything and i would like to get them a total of 6-8 wines, not too expensive. the 1st 5 years of marriage worth then maybe a 10yr and and 20yr or something like that.
