Sorry for sounding so new to this, but the Shiraz seamed to get bad quicker than let's say a Merlot(the taste getting sour). Cabernet seams to be more spicy than a Merlot. Shiraz seams to be dry like a Cabernet, but have a softer after taste. I just want to know if I'm the right path.
