1961 Cascina La Marenca- Marchese Villadoria- Barolo Riserva Speciale - any opinions?

So we recently unearthed a 1961 Barolo in a basement - lying on its side, wax seal over the cork still unbroken, looks to be in good shape. It's probably still okay to drink, right? And is it past the age where it will continue to improve?
