That depends on the wines you are drinking, if you are drinking them alone or with food, on your mental and physical well-being, and a host of other factors.

When I eat beef or cheese with an oakey red I can barely taste the wood (unless it is really over-oaked, like Kendell-Jackson), when I am tired, either mentally or physically, wine tastes different. When I am sick, I lose my taste for wine, and drink very little if any. It just doesn't taste right.
