Man, nobody answered your question, so here's a response for ya, though not an expert one.

This Corbieres that you have is probably carignan, but possibly a blend with other languedoc grapes. It's one of the oldest French appellations, although it lost most of its glory long ago. Still, a good bottle of corbieres is quite capable of aging and being delicious with a host of rustic dishes.

I don't know if your bottle is still drinkable. The only way is to pop that cork and find out, but have a back up just in case it's past its prime.
