Received glassware gift, help identify?

Matthew, I've looked at this and can't figure it out. The Decanter appears to be wine related do to the inner inverted glass for sediment. It appears that you would fill the smaller glass "beakers" with something and chill in the bowl with added ice like high quality/flavored vodka but vodka, to my knowledge, doesn't throw sediment.
