Definitely give Lukas Liquor a try. It's at Manchester and Clarkson. I can give you directions if you let me know which way you are coming from.
I'm not sure how extensive their Spanish selection, but I suspect it is quite good. In the past year or two I've found incredibly diverse European wines there. I believe they have a KC location as well, though I have not been there.
