Welcome crleslie. Beef tenderloins calls for Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot or Shiraz. An average glass of wine is 5 ounces and in my experience, party animal that I am [img]http://www.wines.com/ubb2/biggrin.gif[/img], figure on 3-4 glasses per person. Don't know your attendance number or price point but here are some suggestions on reds.
