On the other hand a Port is much more forgiving because it is sweet. The Grahams would make for a very romantic dessert with something very chocolate.

P.S. The Mouton, though a blend including Merlot, is primarily made from Cabernet Sauvignon. Have to admit though, if it was stored properly and the bid doesn't go to high, it would be a sentational buy and very enjoyable.
