I'm new to wine and joined a club and with shipment came a sheet saying:
Region: bordeaux, fr
total acid: ...
alc..
...
cellaring: 2-3 years.
My question is, is that how long to wait to drink it,or; how long it should last?
I bought two bottles and drank one and it seemed to taste "watery". Any one know?
