Hi mannyh and welcome to the board. Most of your better Cabernet- based wines offer the ability to age under the proper conditions. Bordeaux, Italian, and Aussie reds will also work in a cellaring program. For specifics you'll need to use the advice of several of the national wine writers. For some specific wines if you'll check the various threads of the reds mentioned above, you can get some idea of Vineyards that make age-worthy wines. WW
