Can't argue with that explanation, which essentially means (re, the use of the word flight) why not?

Flight is descriptive; line up the wines (the runway) one by one open and pour (the approach) look at, smell and then taste (the check system, and then take-off) record your impressions (the black box)now that is stretching it....
