Hello!

I have a wonderful book called "Larousse Encyclopedia of Wine" edited by Christopher Foulkes published by Larousse, Paris.

It seems to be quite informative and covers red, white and blush wines amongst others made all over the world.

You might want to try to find a copy at your local library or maybe even your bookstore.

The book covers all of the wine producing areas in the world and has what I think is a very comprehensive section on matching food and wine.

Best regards,

Michael Dutton
