I am forever surprised at how people take offense at a direct response. The fact is, Sharin, the subject of Italian wine is as vast as the subject of wine in general. All you will get as an answer to a vague question is the type Barnesey gave: a personal opinion.

Have you any specific questions that can be answered with specific facts? There are many people on this board who can rise to that occasion.
